At PANINARO MAGAZINE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and archival packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the garment to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
